WrestleMania 35 returns to NY/NJ

The WWE announced today that their yearly flagship PPV, WrestleMania, will be returning to MetLife Field in East Rutherford, New Jersey for 2019. Home of the New York Jets and New York Giants, while the event is actually held in New Jersey it will be billed as taking place in New York City. This will be the second time the Meadow Lands have hosted the event in less than a decade. Philadelphia and Detroit were also in the running but were unable to secure the rights.
