WWE Hall of Fame inducts Hillbilly Jim
WWE announced their fifth inductee for the 2018 Hall of Fame class. Hillbilly Jim will join previously announced Double J, Ivory, The Dudley Boyz, and Goldberg for the HOF festivities this April in new Orleans. Hillbilly Jim, real name James Morris, is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and is another legendary product of the early Memphis territory. James debuted for the Continental Wrestling Alliance (CWA) in the 70s as a biker named Harley Davidson and had an extremely popular tag team with Dirty Rhodes (Roger Smith). He would move to the WWF in 1984 and garner main stream attention as Hillbilly Jim from Mud Lick, Kentucky. He worked high profile matches with some of wrestling most iconic names until the mid-90s. His official last match is considered his gimmick battle royal appearance at WrestleMania X7 in 2001.
