Charlotte leaves European tour early

Charlotte is flying back to the States today after getting her teeth kicked in by Carmella on the European tour. She took a boot to the face during a WWE Smackdown Women's Championship Match knocking out some of her teeth. She will rejoin the tour later this week after having the dental repairs completed and is not expected to miss her spot in the upcoming Women's Money in the Bank match.

Additionally she has been working with a ruptured implant which she also elected to put off surgery for until after the European tour.
