Tanahashi undergoes successful elbow surgery

New Japan is confirming that Hiroshi Tanahashi has been discharged from the hospital after successful elbow surgery. The former IWGP Heavyweight Champion has been out of action since April with knee and elbow injuries. There is no official timetable for his return.
